1. About the Service

Nikahova is a matchmaking platform for Muslims seeking marriage (nikah). By using the app or the website you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You create a profile on your own behalf and provide accurate information.
• You use the Service solely for the purpose of finding a spouse.

3. Code of Conduct

The following is prohibited:

• insults, harassment, discrimination, or any disrespectful communication;
• posting indecent content or content that contradicts Islamic ethical standards;
• fraud, requesting money from other users, spam, or advertising;
• impersonation or fake profiles;
• sharing another person's private data without consent.

4. Moderation

Every profile and photo is reviewed before publication. Conversations may be moderated (including automatically) to preserve a respectful and marriage-focused environment. Violations may lead to restricted access or account removal without a refund.

5. User Content

You retain the rights to the content you post and grant the Service a licence to host and display it to other users as part of the platform's operation.

6. Paid Features

Certain features require payment. Payment terms are described in the Public Offer. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your app-store settings.

7. Disclaimer

The Service provides a technical means of introduction and does not guarantee marriage or compatibility between users.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you about significant changes in the app or by e-mail.
