Public Offer (Service Agreement)

1. General

1.1. This document is a public offer by [COMPANY NAME] (the "Provider") to enter into a paid services agreement on the terms below with any legally capable individual (the "User").

1.2. Payment for the Provider's services within the Nikahova mobile application (the "Service") constitutes acceptance of this offer.

1.3. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and older.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider grants the User access to the Service — a matchmaking platform for Muslims seeking marriage (nikah).

2.2. Services include: publishing a profile, browsing other users' profiles, exchanging likes, chatting after a mutual match, and additional features according to the selected plan.

3. Payment

3.1. Payments are processed through the App Store, Google Play, or other payment providers connected to the Service.

3.2. The access fee is a fee for the provision of services and is not interest-based in any form.

3.3. Plans, prices, and included features are published within the Service and may change. Changes do not affect periods already paid for.

4. Rights and Obligations

4.1. The User agrees to provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, and use the Service solely for the purpose of finding a spouse.

4.2. The Provider may moderate profiles, photos, and messages, and may restrict access for Users who violate the Service rules.

5. Refunds

5.1. Refunds are handled according to the rules of the payment platforms (App Store, Google Play) and applicable law.

6. Liability

6.1. The Provider is not a party to relationships between users and does not guarantee marriage. The Service provides a technical means of introduction.
